Return & Exchange Policy
Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item in genuine condition. After 30 days no return requests shall be entertained. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was sent in, in the original packaging that it came in, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories if applicable. The customer will pay for the return shipping unless it was a fault on our side.
Please follow this simple 3-step process:
- Our QC team thoroughly inspects each item before shipping, making issues (except sizing) very rare.
- Postage & packaging charges are non-refundable.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and postage for exchanges, so please check our size charts carefully before ordering.

Return Process:
If you want to return any item, ship it to the return address given below. Write your transaction number on a piece of paper and place it inside the box when returning the item. The return shipping will be paid for by the customer. The customer will be refunded within 48 hours after receiving the package. (Shipping Charges are Not Refundable) Note that a 10% Restock Fee will be deducted.
