We offer free exchanges within the United States to ensure you get the right item without added hassle. Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided they are:
  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With all original tags attached
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions and cover the cost of ground shipping via FedEx, USPS or UPS.

Returns Policy

If you prefer a return for a refund, items may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on refunds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Initiating a return or exchange with us is quick and straightforward.

If you created an account with us:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to Order History
  • Select the order you’d like to return or exchange
  • Click Start Return or Exchange and follow the prompts
  • Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive confirmation and a prepaid return shipping label.

If you checked out as a guest (no account):

No problem. Simply contact our customer service team and we’ll take care of it for you.

  • Email us at service@tackField.com
  • Include your order number
  • Let us know whether you’d like a refund or an exchange
  • We will initiate the return or exchange on your behalf and provide you with a return shipping label.
