Warning: If you have any alterations placed on your product, you cannot send it back for a refund or exchange.

This one-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. It is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. The warranty includes coverage for defects in materials and workmanship, malfunctions during normal use, and component failures due to regular wear and tear. However, it does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect, accidental damage or deterioration due to weather conditions, normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage, or any alterations to the garment, which will void the manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your product is covered by this warranty, please contact our customer service team at service@tackfield.com. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase and, in some cases, return the product for inspection. Depending on the issue, we will determine whether to repair or replace the defective product. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a similar replacement.
The warranty period starts from the purchase date, and any repairs or replacements will not extend the original warranty period. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Tackfield or an authorized retailer. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring a positive experience with our products.
